"1. Send a message to our Facebook Fanpage to inform us the reason why you return your product and provide your order number. Aery will check your cancellation request within 3 calendar days.
Once we approve your cancellation request, we will provide you the address for you to send the item.
2. Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
( If there's any damage or missing item, you may be charged depending on the condition of the item.)
3. Please provide your refund account ( The buyer should be the same as refund account and provide us the copy of your refund account).
Once we receive your item, the refund will be initiated at the end of the month. The refund will be deducted 15 NTD of remittance charges.
